Don’t Be Chey was born from a mother’s love.
When my oldest son struggled with severe eczema, I searched tirelessly for products that would truly nourish and comfort his skin. After trying countless options without finding the relief he deserved, I turned to nature and began creating my own plant-based body butter using carefully selected botanical ingredients.
What started as a mother’s mission to help her child soon became something much bigger.
As I continued perfecting my formulas, I discovered they didn’t just soothe eczema—they also helped improve the appearance of stretch marks, blemishes, psoriasis, and severely dry skin. Family and friends began experiencing the same nourishing results, inspiring me to share these handcrafted products with others.
Today, Don’t Be Chey is more than a skincare brand. It’s a promise to create gentle, plant-based products that help people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin. I chose a plant-based approach because I believe some of the most effective skincare begins with the earth. I love growing, harvesting, and working with herbs, flowers, and botanicals, transforming them into nourishing oils and skincare that honor both tradition and nature.
By creating many of my own herbal infusions and botanical oils, I know exactly what goes into every product. This hands-on process allows me to carefully select ingredients that are known to deeply moisturize, calm irritation, and support healthy-looking skin without relying on unnecessary harsh additives.
